Ian Humble - Associate Planning Director
A Strong Planning Background
Ian joined Catesby in September 2023, having previously spent many years working for both PLC and SME housebuilders.
Ian was previously Head of Planning at CALA Homes (South Home Counties) Ltd, where he spent many years successfully obtaining planning permissions for high-quality, complex developments that maximised value for landowners.
Extensive experience with housebuilders and Local Authorities
Ian has also spent time heading up the Planning team of an SME housebuilder, gaining invaluable experience promoting sites through the Local and Neighbourhood Plan process.
His early years in planning were spent working in Local Authority, where his gained his Masters in Town Planning and also obtained membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
