Richard joined Catesby Estates as Land Buyer in May 2018, and was promoted in 2021 to Land Manager.
Responsible for growing the land promotion portfolio
Richard is responsible for sourcing new residential land opportunities to develop the land portfolio further.
Prior to joining, Richard gained experience in the industry running a student rental portfolio in Birmingham city centre while renovating and selling houses.
His experience also extends to the sourcing of smaller building plots for private developers.
