Catesby Estates has been selected as the preferred land promoter for a 11.5 acre greenfield site in New Romney, Kent.
Sustainable location for new homes
The site is in a sustainable location north of Cockreed Lane, providing good access to the wide range of facilities and services within the area.
Working with local communities
We will be working closely with Folkestone and Hythe District Council and other local stakeholders to bring this site forward to deliver a sensitively designed and sustainable residential development with a range of community facilities.
Acting for the landowner were Tom French and Laura Nesfield of BTF Partnership, and thank you to Phil Medford at Eversheds for dealing with the legals on our behalf.
