The site is located adjacent to an established residential area approximately one mile from the Wylde Green local centre which provides a wide range of services and facilities.

A spokesperson for Catesby Estates said; “We are pleased to add this well located and sustainable potential residential site to our land promotion portfolio. Our in-house planning and technical teams will be now be working with both the City Council and the Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council to bring this site forward for housing.”
