Catesby Estates Purchases Freehold Strategic Land Site in Wylde Green, West Midlands

Catesby Estates are promoting 13.8 acres of land off Kempson Avenue, Wylde Green, West Midlands with potential for new homes, including a policy compliant percentage of affordable housin (April 20218).

The site is located adjacent to an established residential area approximately one mile from the Wylde Green local centre which provides a wide range of services and facilities.

APRIL 2018 - NOTICE OF WORKS AT WYLDE GREEN LAND SITE BY CATESBY ESTATES

Over the coming weeks, maintenance works are being carried out to the trees/vegetation in and around the site in order to make it safe and secure with additional new post and wire fence being erected around the perimeter. 

Warning signage will also be added at appropriate intervals.

Letters notifying local residents affected by these works will be sent.
