Catesby Estates selected as strategic land promotion partner for land  site in Gillingham

Catesby Estates has entered into an agreement to promote land to the south of Lower Rainham Road, Gillingham for residential development.

Greenfield strategic land site at Lower Rainham Road, Gillingham

The greenfield land site is 77 acres, and lies within the administrative area of Medway District Council.

David Harper, Area Land Director for Catesby said; “We are pleased to have added this well located and sustainable site to our land promotion portfolio.”

“Gillingham is a key settlement within Medway and provides a good range of facilities including employment and shopping.  We will be working with the council and other stakeholders to bring this site forward for new homes along with a range of community facilities.”
