Catesby Estates has been selected as the preferred land promoter for a 14 acre greenfield site in Shefford, Central Bedfordshire.

The site is in a sustainable location off Stanford Road providing good access to the wide range of facilities and services within the area.
Working with the local community
David Harper, Area Land Director for Catesby Estates said; “We will be working closely with Central Bedfordshire Council and other local stakeholders to bring this site forward to deliver a sensitively designed and sustainable residential development.”
Acting on behalf of the landowner was Robert Webb from Webb Developments, and thanks to Phil Medford at Eversheds for dealing with the legals on our behalf.
