This consist of an outline planning application for new homes, alongside a full detailed application for employment space. Guildhall Estates will shortly be submitting their application for the local centre development including a neighbourhood retail parade, children’s nursey and care home facility

Catesby carried out extensive public consultation and worked closely with the Parish Council which resulted in a uplift in the allocation from 450 homes to 673 along with increased community facilities for local residents.
