Catesby Estates selected as preferred land promotion partner for strategic land site in Kenilworth

Catesby Estates has entered into an agreement to promote land at Oaks Farm, Kenilworth.

South Warwickshire Local Plan promotion

We will be promoting this 58 acre site through the South Warwickshire Local Plan process for its removal from the Green Belt for residential development.

Sustainable location for potential housing development in Kenilworth

The site is in a highly sustainable location, within walking distance of two schools and a range of local facilities.

We will be seeing work closely with the Council and other stakeholders to ensure we develop well designed, vibrant and sustainable new housing and community facilities for Kenilworth.
