Here at Catesby Estates, we are always encouraging our employees to grow within the business and gain new skills.

Jodie Brown joined the Catesby team in 2020, with a background in administration and accountancy, and qualifications in business administration and AAT levels 2 & 3.

Catesby is now sponsoring Jodie as she undertakes the AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting, whilst also working full time.  Done via distance learning the course will take a minimum of 18 months to complete with 7 exams during that period.

This qualification will provide Jodie with further skills which she can apply to her role at Catesby as a key part of the finance function within the business.
