Paul Brocklehurst, Chief Executive of Catesby Estates steps down

Paul Brocklehurst has stepped down as Chief Executive of Catesby Estates, one of the UK’s leading land promotion specialists.

A distinguished career in land promotion

Paul spent a total of 15 years at Catesby, successfully building the business and team which was acquired by Urban&Civic in 2015.

Paul remains committed and passionate about housing delivery and helping to find solutions to the housing crisis.  He will remain Chairman of the Land Promoters and Developers Federation (LPDF) in an independent capacity.

Internal promotions with the management team at strategic land promoter

Myron Osborne who has been with Catesby for 8 years succeeds Paul and has been appointed Chief Executive with immediate effect.  David Morris is promoted to Planning and Operations Director.

Myron said, “ We wish Paul all the best for the future and no doubt we will continue to see a lot of him through his role with the LPDF.” 

“I am delighted to accept the role of Chief Executive of Catesby and look forward to leading the team during the next phase of Catesby’s journey as we continue to expand our land portfolio further.  David Morris will also take up a more senior Catesby role alongside me as Planning and Operations  Director.  We are well placed to move the business forward together with over 15 years combined experience within Catesby.
