Catesby Estates are pleased to announce they have entered into a joint venture agreement with Appin Land and Development to bring forward a new proposed strategic residential development located within the Borough of Swale known as Foxchurch.
Totalling 497 acres, the site is located close to the village of Bobbing with excellent access to Sittingbourne and the wider transport network. The site has capacity for up to 2,500 new homes alongside additional community facilities including a new school, local centre, health centre, village hall and a wide range of sport and leisure facilities.
An outline planning application has been submitted to Swale Borough Council and is currently awaiting validation.
