Catesby Estates has been selected as strategic land partners for a site at Scotlands Farm, Warfield which is a sustainable and suitable site for residential development.

Bracknell Forest Local Plan Promotion

The 45.81 site has been previously promoted for allocation in the emerging Bracknell Forest Local Plan, which will guide development within the Borough up to 2037.

Submissions were made through the ‘call for sites’ process. Consequently, the site is identified as part of a wider expanse of land, in the ‘Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment 2016 (‘SHELAA’).

The site is not located within the Green Belt.
