Catesby Estates plc, working in partnership with the Europa Way Consortium is pleased to announce the first housebuilder at Myton Green, Warwick. 

Avant Homes has acquired a 13.4 acre land parcel on part of the 96 acre site, located off Europa Way.

Warwick District Council approved the reserved matters planning application submitted in April 2017, by Catesby Estates for the site-wide infrastructure and public open space works supporting the residential development of 735 new homes.

Catesby Estates has started work on the first phase of major infrastructure delivery, including the creation of a new tree-lined community spine road which will eventually link Europa Way with Gallows Hill.  In time, the development will deliver, six equipped play areas, a network of new footpaths and cycleways along with the planting of more than 250 specimen trees set in around 20 acres of green open space.
