David Harper - Senior Area Land Director
Land Promotion Site Sourcing Specialist
David joined Catesby Estates in 2013 and was promoted to Area Land Director in 2019, and then Senior Area Land Director in 2024.
He is responsible for the continued identification, acquisition and subsequent disposal of future land promotional opportunities throughout the UK.
Strong background in housebuilding and development
Prior to his appointment at Catesby Estates, David gained over 11 years’ experience in the housebuilding and development industry.
He started his professional career on a graduate management training course with Redrow Homes before specialising in land acquisition. In 2004 he moved to join Persimmon Homes and more recently Taylor Wimpey.
