Donna Elkin - Asset Manager
Managing undeveloped freehold properties within the portfolio
Donna joined Catesby Estates in 2024, following the acquisition of L&Q Estates.
Responsible for managing the undeveloped freehold properties owned by the business. This includes agricultural tenancies, domestic tenancies and vacant land.
Donna started her career in strategic land as a solicitor in The Wood Glaister Partnership, Solihull back in 1989.
She moved to the role of Practice Manager for several years and returned to strategic land when she moved to L&Q Estates Limited in 2020 as Asset Manager.
She remains a solicitor (non-practicing).
