A strong background in housebuilding and civil engineering

James started his career as an Apprentice moving up to Assistant Engineer as he progressed with Stewart & Harris Ltd (now Patrick Parsons Ltd) in 2005, before joining Bovis Homes’ technical team in 2014. Following this he worked at Rodgers Leask Ltd as a Civil Project Engineer.

Experience includes liaising with Highway Authorities and sewerage undertakers to obtain Section Agreements together with delivering full detailed engineering packages for both residential and commercial schemes.
