Jonathan is our Senior Technical Director and joined Catesby Estates in October 2012.
He has significant experience of working in the housebuilding and civil engineering sectors.
A technical specialist with a background in construction and housebuilding
During the last 5 years, he has been heavily involved in the delivery of 1,000’s of high quality new homes in desirable locations, including Longhedge in Salisbury, Newark in Nottinghamshire, Bude in Cornwall, Haywards Heath in West Sussex, Dickens Heath in Solihull, Tingewick in Buckinghamshire and Willingdon in East Sussex.
Jonathan started his career working for a family-owned construction company, rising to the position of Director before moving to Miller Homes, joining the in-house engineering team, leading projects from concept to completion.
Passionate about overcoming technical challenges to unlock strategic land for new homes
His passions include the leadership and development of future emerging professionals through talent management, mentoring and training, whilst also adding the benefit of sharing his varied and inciting experience.
He continually looks to add value engineering solutions to potentially complex design constraints, striving wherever possible to ‘keep it simple’.
