Richard Crosthwaite - Associate Planning Director
Richard joined Catesby Estates in 2024 as part of the acquisition of L&Q Estates.
Richard has worked in strategic land promotion since 2016, having spent the first 12 years of his career working in the public sector at the local and regional level in senior planning and regeneration roles.
A Highly Experienced Planning Specialist
He has a wide range of experience in successfully progressing land with development potential through the planning system, which has included work on greenfield and previously developed sites ranging from 50 to 3000 homes with supporting infrastructure.
Richard is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
