Thomas Powell - Senior Land Manager
Thomas Powell joined Catesby Estates as Senior Land Manager in January 2023
A qualified Planner, Thomas will be working predominately from our southern office, and will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, acquiring and disposing of new strategic sites for quality residential led schemes across the south.
A strong housebuilding and land development background
Tom joins us from Countryside, where he was an Associate Director within Strategic Land, and has previously held positions with Taylor Wimpey and the London Legacy Development Corporation.
