A qualified Planner, Thomas is responsible for identifying, sourcing, acquiring and disposing of new strategic sites for quality residential led schemes across the south with a particular focus on Kent and the surrounding areas.
He was promoted to Associate Land Director in 2025.
A strong housebuilding and land development background
Tom joined Catesby from Countryside, and previously held positions with Taylor Wimpey and the London Legacy Development Corporation.
