Victoria Groves - Area Planning Director
A Multi-disciplined Planning Specialist
Victoria joined Catesby Estates in 2019 and was promoted to Associate Planning Director in 2020, and then to Area Planning Director in 2024.
She is a Chartered Surveyor with over 14 years planning experience in the private sector.
Victoria has a wide range of experience promoting land and delivering planning consents on green field sites in the south east ranging from 30 to 500 units.
Planning experience across housebuilding and commercial development
She previously worked for Barton Willmore on a mix of projects ranging from housing, retirement living and commercial development before moving to Bewley Homes in 2013.
Victoria is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
