Successful strategic land promotion in Wavendon, Milton Keynes

Glebe Meadows forms part of a significant mixed-use development allocation for approximately 2,900 homes and 80 acres of employment land in the Milton Keynes Core Strategy.

Glebe Meadows covers 156 acres of the 204 acre development and is home to 1,140 homes, primary school, secondary school.

Strategic land promoted and sold to Tayor Wimpey, Bellway and Bovis Homes

The link road, surface and foul water drainage, attenuation ponds, open space, play parks including sensory island play ear were constructed.

Subsequently service land parcels were sold to Tayor Wimpey, Bellway and Bovis Homes.  A further parcel was sold to the housebuilding arm of the L&Q Group.
