Catesby Estates has been selected as the preferred land promoter for two greenfield sites totalling 29.6 acres in Elvington, Kent.

The sites are in a sustainable location off Roman Way and Terrace Road providing good access to facilities and services within the local area.

Working with the local community

Myron Osbourne, Chief Executive for Catesby Estates said; “We will be working closely with Dover District Council and other local stakeholders to bring these sites forward to deliver sensitively designed and sustainable residential developments with a range of community facilities."
