Catesby Estates are pleased to announce the sale of residential development land in Armadale, Scotland to Advanced Construction Scotland (ACS).
The 63 acre site is a former brick works and is in a highly sustainable residential area, with just a short walk to a range of local facilities including the train station which has regular connections to both Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The site, which was held in a joint venture, is allocated in the West Lothian Development Plan and has Planning Permission in Principle for 400 homes and significant public open space.
