Feb 15, 2023Catesby Estates attended the inaugural Land Promoters and Developers Federation (LPDF) Lunch which had been postponed since 2020 due to Covid.
This fantastic event brought together over 400 people from across the land promotion, development and housebuilding sectors.
Held at 8 Northumberland Avenue, London, the event included speakers Paul Brocklehurst Chairman of the LPDF and Robert Colvile from The Centre for Policy Studies.
Following lunch attendees had the opportunity to network and catch up with colleagues and consultants.
Catesby Estates were original founder members of the LPDF which was formed in early 2018 and is a collection of the UK’s leading land promotion and residential development businesses.
The LPDF works to dispel the myths and misconceptions around the role that land promoters and developers play in delivering new housing by highlighting the expertise and track record of their members.
