Catesby Estates has been selected as land promoter for a 25 acre greenfield site off Sicklesmere Road (A134) in Rushbrooke.

The site is situated immediately adjacent to a recently consented residential scheme for 369 homes being bought forward by Hopkins Homes.

Planning process in West Suffolk

We will be promoting the land through the West Suffolk Local Plan Review process.
